I think 0.0 rats should pay more or be harder. Lol I remember when I first started playing EVE people made 0.0 sound like a haunted house. I was so scared just to go into .4 and down. Id like to see some 0.0 Cap ships...that would be amazing.

Train missiles first. If youve got time left over train for Rails but until then you wont need them. Plus most Caldari missile ships only have like 2 turret hardpoints so its not worth it.

I hope they make a BS that requires something so random no one will buy it but it will be amazing. Like an 8/8/8 slot Amarr Battleship but no one buys it because it requires like Science 5 or Tactical Shield Management 5.
